By accessing or placing an order through Wiink Print Lab ("Wiink," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Services
Wiink Print Lab specializes in custom, made-to-order stickers.
- Products sold directly on wiinkprintlab.com are custom stickers created from artwork uploaded by the customer.
- Some products linked from our site may redirect to Etsy, where designs are pre-designed but still made to order.
- All products are produced only after an order is successfully paid.
- We do not currently offer a sticker design builder. Customers must upload their own artwork.
2. Proofs & Customer Approval
- As a courtesy, Wiink may send a digital proof via email before production.
- Proofs are provided for review purposes only.
- No response is required unless changes are needed.
- If no changes are requested within a reasonable timeframe, the design will proceed as shown.
- Minor differences between on-screen previews and final printed products may occur due to printing variations.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are not considered placed until payment is successfully completed through Shopify.
- If payment is not completed, the order is automatically discarded and not processed.
- Draft or abandoned orders do not reserve production time, pricing, or inventory.
- All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
4. Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping: Standard shipping only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We ship anywhere our checkout allows purchases.
- Wiink is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Order Status & Support
- Order numbers are assigned only after payment confirmation.
- Order status updates are informational and may not reflect real-time carrier data.
- Customers are welcome to contact us with questions or concerns about their order at any time.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Errors
Because all products are custom-made:
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
- If Wiink makes an error (such as incorrect printing or production defects), we will offer a reprint, refund, or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
- Wiink is not responsible for errors caused by customer-submitted artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, or incorrect information.
- Refunds related to payment processing issues must be handled through Shopify.
7. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By uploading artwork to Wiink Print Lab, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.
- The artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Wiink is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.
- Unless requested otherwise, Wiink may use finished products or design previews for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes.
8. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to submit artwork that is illegal, hateful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Wiink reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Wiink's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
- Wiink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Once products are delivered, Wiink is not responsible for how they are used.
10. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old, and
- Are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Wiink products may be used for personal or business purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
Wiink Print Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
